Beauty and the Blog on Change

Change… happens all the time. Sometimes it’s good and sometimes not. And sometimes you can make a not so good change, well, good. It all depends on your perspective. But change can never be avoided. Change is one of the things life is made of. My own life has been full of change lately. So, why not add just one more thing to the mix?

From the time I started this blog, September 2009, I have been doing two things. I wanted to provide good solid advice and information on anti-aging and skin care. Sharing with you the information and knowledge that my training and years of work in Esthetics has provided me. And I think I have been doing pretty well at that, at least I hope I have.

The other thing I have been doing here on the blog is promoting the anti-aging skin care I personally use and distribute. So, some of the posts have been about that product line, Nu Skin. And there has been a link here on the blog that takes you directly to my personal sales site with Nu Skin. I still use the Nu Skin ageLOC Galvanic Home Spa along with some of their anti-aging line, as well as a few products from other lines.

So, here is where the change comes in. I am going to be eliminating the links to the Nu Skin Sales site, actually eliminating the sales site completely. The posts about the products will remain but the links to the sales site will be removed.

Here’s the deal. A lot of people visit for the great info I have here on Nu Skin products, the Galvanic Home Spa, and then make a purchase from a friend who distributes Nu Skin. Seems there is one in every corner! And really, that’s fine. After all, I am here to inform and educate you in the first place.

I’m still a distributor, and if you wish to ask me a question about Nu Skin products and how to use them feel free to do so through a comment or contact. And if you don’t know a distributor and want to make a purchase I can help you with that as well if you contact me. Most Nu Skin sales are done in person where a physical demonstration takes place. So the bottom line is: it just doesn’t make sense to me to pay for a website that, well… honestly doesn’t get much use.

I will continue to post on anti-aging, skin care and whatever I think about that may help you to take better care of your skin and body. Maybe I’ll post about a new product I try and love. Things that will help keep you looking youthful and gorgeous. Sound good?

So, don’t go away! Keep visiting, I like having you here and hope you enjoy what you find here. And if this is your first time here, hang out a bit. Read a post that interests you, meet me on my about page, make a comment, tell me about your skin care routine. I love comments and questions.

I see your sincerity in this – go well! Just to share the best anti-wrinkle tip ever (I discovered it this morning as I woke and stretched …) – take a look at your legs when they're stretched upwards resting on something … wow – anti-gravity treatment! OK so it's temporary, but really, it is only gravity that causes all the agony! I enjoyed writing a song on this – 'Gravity' – print out the lyrics from my blog (I'm Baby Boomer Girl on WordPress) and share it with your friends. Look forward to your articles – Go Girl!

Thank you! And oh yes, that thing called gravity…. hmmmm. Well it keeps us on the planet. I think that's about all it's good for.
