You are right that the neck and decollete should be treated the same as your facial skin. I think many of us forget that... I had no clue until I was in training to be an Esthtetician, and luckily I was still very young. For many women the neck begins to show signs of aging before the skin of the face. Differently though. Rarely if ever fine lines, but horizontal creases can appear quite young and the area is prone to sagging. *Sigh*.
