Yes, what about those peptides? I mentioned peptides and the importance of having peptides in your products in a previous post “Collagen Cream, Ya Think?” .

Peptides are short chains of amino acids, proteins. These have the ability to penetrate your skin and have a positive effect on your skin’s fibroblasts. Peptides communicate with the fibroblast regrading loss of youthful function and degraded DNA (also mentioned in the referenced post above). Like I said before, have a little chat, a pep talk. Ever go to a spa for a facial and end up confused as to what may or may not be best for your skin? Many spas are offering long menus these days full of exotic treatments. What’s a gimmick and what isn’t may be very difficult for the average gal to figure out!

I found this great little article on WebMD. This should help you a bit when navigating that spa menu. And guess what? They do mention my personal favorite for Wrinkle Reducing Skin Care. Galvanic!

I will have a post up shortly going into more detail on that. It happens to be one of the best ways to get those cell communicating ingredients deep into the skin while stimulating collagen production and smoothing wrinkles, sags and bags!
